Terms & Conditions:
• The Coffee Pot Book Club is under no obligation to accept a tour if your book is not a good fit for our hosts.
• The Coffee Pot Book Club makes no guarantee of sales during a tour. The focus of the tour is for you to gain exposure and to help you build a fan base.
• The Coffee Pot Book Club cannot guarantee any reviews while on tour. We also cannot guarantee reviews will be positive, although we do ask our hosts to hold off posting a review under FOUR STARS until after the tour has finished.
Book of the Year Awards
Terms & Conditions:
• You cannot enter a book into a category that does not apply. If we receive a book entered into a category that does not apply to it, it will be disqualified from that category. No refund will be given.
• Review copies must be available when you enter the awards.
• There is no cash alternative to the prizes.
• Once payment is remitted, no cash refunds will be made.
Editorial Reviews
Terms & Conditions:
- The Coffee Pot Book Club cannot guarantee acceptance of all books for Editorial Reviews. If no reviewer chooses a particular book, we reserve the right to decline. No charges apply at that stage.
- Submitting authors must ensure that any obvious triggers in the story are mentioned prior to the title being accepted for an Editorial Review.
- We cannot guarantee reviews will be 4* or 5*, although we will email authors their review, if it is under FOUR STARS before sharing it on The Coffee Pot Book Club blog.
Refunds:
Once payment is remitted, no cash refunds will be made as we begin to organise your promotions immediately.
