Dear friends and followers of The Coffee Pot Book Club!

We've reached the end of another fabulous year filled with wonderful reads. There are so many amazing stories out there, looking for readers, so please make sure to browse this blog for ideas. You'll find them!

Winter Break:

The Coffee Pot Book Club will be closed from
Monday, December 23rd, 2024 to Sunday, January 5th, 2025.

But we'll be returning in the New Year with exciting features:

Editorial Book Reviews:

Earlier in the autumn, we closed our Editorial Reviews section due to time constraints, but we're pleased to share we'll be open again in the New Year.

Mary Anne Yarde – the founder of The Coffee Pot Book Club – will be taking over the organisation of Editorial Book Reviews from January 2025. All correspondence will be via Mary Anne, and our website has been updated to reflect this change.

A big *Thank You* go Mary Anne for taking over this busy, important part of The Coffee Pot Book Club.

Book Blurbs:

As of January 2025, we'll be offering to help authors with their book blurbs. We'll be working with authors to find their ideal book blurb – enticing, intriguing, but without spoilers!

Details will be added to our website shortly.

Book of the Year Awards 2025:

Our annual Book of the Year Awards will take place on November 30th, 2025.

Details of all the categories have yet to be finalised, so please bear with us. However, we wish to remind authors that not only do we have a great choice of historical fiction categories – we also have awards for historical Non-Fiction and Audiobooks (which can also be featured in our popular blog tours)!

And, as always, we'll continue to offer our fabulous blog tours, promotional spotlight posts, and our advertising sidebar banners, so have a look to find your perfect promotion!

We are looking forward to reading and sharing many more brilliant books in 2025.
